Vampyrvania Abridged Core Rules Now Available

One of the aspects of the tabletop roleplaying game community I’ve always appreciated was the tendency for game authors to give away the base rules of their games for free—a practice that encourages players to check out the game before committing to it with a purchase.

In that spirit, I’m offering a free, abridged version of the core rules for anyone to download or share. While it lacks Peter Lazarski’s fantastic art, several additional rules sections, flavor text, and a good chunk of the bestiary, it is a perfectly functional version of the game. Check it out to see if it is a good fit for you and your group.

Delivery of The Clock Tower printed books should come in the next week or so, with shipping of all preorders soon thereafter. All preorders will receive free PDF copies of the books post-launch. Those same PDF versions will be available for sale after the preorders ship.
